New Genuine Hoover Steam Vac Vacuum Motor

Part # 27212077 or 440005480 (interchangeable)

Replaces the following Hoover part numbers: 43576197, 43576187 27212074, and 27212077, 440005480.

Genuine Hoover Steam Vac main vacuum motor.  This motor is the new direct replacement from Hoover for the discontinued motor shown in picture #4 above.

Fits most models of the Hoover Steam Vac, including the Wide Path, Dual V, V2, and All Terrain models.

Fits Hoover Steam Vacs that use a 12 amp motor with the following exceptions:

* Does not replace motors that have an additional red wire coming from the motor fields.

* Does not replace the motor in the Platinum Series Hoover Steam Vacs. (models beginning with F8)

Note: Your old motor may have a white top. This motor is the genuine direct replacement from Hoover for the older white topped motors.

Note : The metal shroud on the bottom of the motor is a temporary

protector for the motor fan, and is removed before installation.
